Consultation with ANF members about how they view their work environment and practice is important when negotiating working conditions and workplace reform.

The ongoing Aged Care Agenda has highlighted significant issues experienced by members that require further exploration.

This survey is designed to assist in determining priority issues in relation to consultation, conditions and future development for Aged Care Nurses and Assistants in Nursing.

The responses received will be collated and used as a basis for further discussions with members, senior managers and Department of Health and Ageing staff in relation to Aged Care reform and working conditions.
